Shipping Charges

We provide free shipping on all orders except international products.

Delivery Time

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 5 to 10 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case there are no major courier services operating in your area then we will get in touch with you to communicate the delivery time

Product Received Damaged

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery then email us at cs@www.modishombre.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

 

Cancellation & Refund

How do I cancel an order on Modishombre.com?

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order and we will refund the entire amount.

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

In case your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered and user opt to cancel, unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled in case a delivery has already been made and for COD order you can cancel an order before delivery with a valid reason.

Canceling cod orders without a valid reason will block your address and will not be allowed to place another cod on our website.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 7 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.

We have a friendly return policy whereby we refund for products which are damaged, broken, have manufacturing defects or are different from the product ordered.

If you have received an item that does not match the description provided by us or color differs from what is stated, you can return it to us and get a replacement within 7 days of delivery at no extra cost.

Return in case of inappropriate understanding of the product by the customer, the customer will be liable to pay Rs. 100-300 towards shipping costs depending on the product category.

This policy does not cover defective products sold by us. Such instances are covered under the manufacturer’s terms. Please contact the respective Helpline for brand specific return policy.

Please contact us with your replacement request within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the product. The item will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped to you.

The customer/buyer has to get back to www.modishombre.com through cs@www.modishombre.com within 24 hours of receipt of damaged goods or part missing. www.www.modishombre.com will then initiate the return process. Customer will have to send an image the of product on email in case he/she is claiming that the product is damaged or qty, part missing. The return shipping to us for the product will be borne by us.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned manufacturer. Let us know & we’ll help you regarding the same

Apart from condition reserved hereinabove, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;

• Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;

• Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.

Cancellation from our end

We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in the product, pricing, and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Our Customer Service Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is canceled. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
