Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders except for international products.
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 5 to 10 working days. All orders will be duly delivered to the address specified by you at the time of placing the order. If there is no major courier service operating in your area we will contact you to let you know about the delivery time
If you believe you have received the product in poor condition or if the packaging has been tampered with or damaged prior to delivery, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your order ID . We will ensure that you are issued a new replacement at no additional cost. Please make sure the original product tag and packing are intact when you send the product back to us.
Cancellation & Refund
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order and we will refund the full amount.
You can cancel your order online before the product is shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
If your product has been shipped but not yet delivered and the user chooses to cancel, unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled if delivery has already taken place and for a COD order, you Can cancel the order prior to delivery for a suitable reason.
Canceling a code order without any valid reason will block your address and will not allow another code to be entered on our website.
Refund will be made in the form in which payment is received within 7 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
We have a friendly return policy whereby we return products that are damaged, broken, with manufacturing defects, or different from what was ordered.
If you have received an item that does not match the description provided by us or the color is different from what we stated, you may return it to us and within 7 days of delivery at no additional cost replacement can be obtained.
In case of improper understanding of the product by the customer for refund, the customer will be liable to pay Rs. 100-300 for shipping cost depending on product category.
This policy does not cover defective products sold by us. Such instances are subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Please contact the relevant helpline for a brand-specific return policy.
Please contact us with your replacement request within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the product. The item will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped to you.
The Customer/Buyer must return to www.modishombre.com through email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged goods or missing parts. www.modishombre.com will then initiate the refund process. The customer has to send an image of the product via email if he is claiming that the product is damaged or the quantity, part is missing. Return shipping to us for the product will be borne by us.
In case of complaints from manufacturers regarding products that come with warranty, please refer the issue to the respective manufacturer. Tell us and we’ll help you out

In addition to the condition reserved herein above, the following products will not be eligible for return or replacement, such as:
• any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or product;
• any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including retail boxes, manuals, cables and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
• Any non-legitimate, readable, untampered product, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial numbers;
• Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
We make every effort to fulfill all orders placed. However, please note that there may be some orders that we are unable to process and have to be cancelled. Reasons include limits on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing, stock information, or problems identified by our Credit and Fraud Prevention Department.
If all or part of your order is cancelled, our customer service team will notify you. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be refunded back to your card account.
